The MNOA biannual narcotics training conferences are an opportunity for law enforcement officers from across the state of Missouri to learn the latest techniques or tactics for the detection and testing of narcotics, as well as strategies for deescalating drug related crimes when they occur in the field.
The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association has trained thousands of Missouri’s finest and currently has over 500 active and trained law enforcement officers.

We Make MNOA Conference Registration Easy for Missouri Law Enforcement Officers
If you or your department are interested in attending one of our Missouri Narcotics Officers Association training conferences, here are some important things to remember.
We offer two opportunities to attend our biannual training conferences, once in the Spring and then again in the Fall to maximize narcotics training opportunities for Missouri law enforcement officers. We require all training conference attendees to be registered MNOA members, if you are not a member your MNOA membership fees will be due upon registration.
After filling out your registration you may pay online by credit card or upon arrival we accept credit cards, cash, or check. Be sure to complete your registration before arriving at the conference. (An additional fee will be charged for late registrations.)
Once you’ve registered for the Spring or Fall conference you will receive a confirmation email from MNOA including a detailed training/conference agenda, lodging details and discounts, as well as drink vouchers and information about the banquet, award ceremony, and annual MNOA BBQ.
Each year our conferences offer law enforcement officers access to exciting guest speakers, new solutions to narcotic related crime, and the opportunity to gain knowledge that will allow you to better serve your community.
All training classes meet Missouri POST requirements for continuing education credits.

Have You Applied for a MNOA Training Conference Scholarship?
Every year the MNOW Executive Boar Members select four officers or deputies who have exhibited a passion for law enforcement, knowledge, and community involvement the opportunity to attend our Spring and Fall narcotics training conferences free of charge. (This will include 1 year free membership to the association and boarding for the annual conference.)
To qualify for this opportunity, all agency heads or unit supervisors must submit the scholarship application to the MNOA Executive Board before the deadline. The submitting agency must not have attended an MNOA training conference in the past four years.
All applications must be signed by the department head or unit supervisor to be considered. The Executive Board will choose an agency based on the information submitted and proper verification.
