Every year we have the honor and privilege of training the brave men and women of law enforcement. MNOA Proudly Hosts the Largest Law Enforcement Narcotics Training Conference in the State of Missouri. Serving local, state and federal agencies of all sizes.
The MNOA training conferences are an opportunity for law enforcement officers from across the state of Missouri to learn the latest techniques or tactics for the detection and testing of narcotics, as well as strategies for de-escalating drug related crimes when they occur in the field.
The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association has trained thousands of Missouri’s finest and currently has over 500 active and trained law enforcement officers.

Fall Conference:
September 26, 2025
8 am – 12 pm Robocop Syndrome: The Manufacturing of a Police Officer: (Officer Wellness) – focuses on various stages of an officer’s career; how trauma and grief change personalities; how trauma/grief impact their lives (professional/personal); how they cope with and manage grief/trauma; how to guard self from PTSD and substance abuse.

- 1 pm to 4 pm Racial Profiling, De-escalation and Implicit Bias. Chris Kozisek
Spring Conference:
Tuesday March 31, 2026
- 1 pm to 8pm Registration
- 3 pm to 5 pm Drone use and practical uses in Narcotic investigations. Jackson County, Missouri.
- 5pm to 11 pm BBQ and Networking and Hospitality room
Wednesday April 1, 2026
- 7 am to 9 am Registration
- 8 am to 12 pm: The Vegas Case that Nearly Snuffed out Hundred Fires: A Case study on the “Los Hs” cartel in Mexico and how a local case spun from Vegas to Mexico. Will discuss the violent nature of the cartel and illegal activities including narcotic trafficking of the group. Tim Beck Las Vegas Metro (retired)
- 12 pm to 1 pm Lunch on your own
- 1 pm to 5 pm One Pill can Kill. Presented by Guy Gomez St. Louis DEA. Focuses on Fentanyl and fake pills, and the impact on the community.
- 5 pm to 515 pm Election nominations.
Thursday April 2, 2026
- 8 am to 12 pm Pete Forcelli, retired ATF director and NYPD homicide Detective. First hand experience and effects of 9/11/01 including PTSD and the loss of a lung as a result of 9/11. Which led to the Fast and Furious investigation and testifying in front of Congress. “How Operation Fast & Furious and Bad Lawyers Armed Mexican Cartels”
- 12 pm to 1 pm Lunch on your own
- 1 pm to 3 pm Michael Collazo, Nashville PD. While working in a narcotic Unit Officer Collzao responded to active shooter who killed 6 at the Convent School in Nashville, Tennessee and along with others neutralized the shooter. Class will discuss the investigation, the lessons learned from the investigation, and the aftermath
- 3 pm to 5 pm Membership meeting and elections
- 7 pm to 9 pm Annual Banquet and Hospitality after
