The MNOA training conference is an opportunity for law enforcement officers from across the state of Missouri to learn the latest techniques or tactics for the detection and testing of narcotics, as well as strategies for de-escalating drug related crimes when they occur in the field.
The Missouri Narcotic Officers Association has trained thousands of Missouri’s finest and currently has over 500 active and trained law enforcement officers.
