2025 Whiskey & Bourbon Raffle

The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association is a non-profit organization providing training to law enforcement officers across the state of Missouri. To assist in the cost of training, in August 2025, we will raffle 31 bottles of premium Bourbon and Whiskey in 31 days. We will use a daily random 3-digit number. Tickets are $31 each and a winning ticket will be re-entered into the drawing pool. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. Tickets will be number 000-999. If drawn number is not purchased, the bottle will go to the next winner so that winner will get 2 bottles.

  • Once a ticket is purchased, you will receive an email with your ticket number within one business day. Please note that tickets purchased after hours, on weekends, or on holidays may experience a delay in email confirmation.
  • Participants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to win in this raffle.
  • Tickets and bottles are non-transferable.

 

Missouri Narcotics Officers Association Bourbon/Whiskey Raffle Rules

  • A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold (000-999). 31 Bottles are guaranteed to be given away. Winning tickets will be returned to the pool to be drawn again. Proceeds will be used to support training. MNOA is a non-profit organization.
  • Tickets are $30 each and are non-refundable. The buyer will receive an email with their ticket number.
  • The raffle begins on August 1st, 2025 and ends on August 31st, 2025 with one bottle given away per day (exception two bottles are small bottles and will be given away together).
  • The raffle numbers will be provided by a random generator. The drawing will be occurring at noon each day in August 2025.
  • All winners’ first initial and last names with be posted on the MNOA Facebook page.
  • If you purchase a ticket and win a bottle and are not legally allowed to take possession of the bottle then the prize is forfeited. You may not transfer the bottle to another individual.
  • Three attempts will be made to contact the winner including a post made to the MNOA Facebook page. Any bottle not claimed by September 30th, will be forfeited and donated to MNOA.
  • This is a public raffle and winners will be made public.
  • Any disputes will be answered by the MNOA Board.
*Must be 21 years of age & provide a valid Proof of ID when redeeming your prize. The person that purchased the ticket must pick up the Prize in St. Joseph MO. Shipping is not allowed.  
  • Monks Road Fifth District Series
    • Nose: Bold and crisp notes of cherry and vanilla with a hint of honey.
    • Palate: Smokiness of campfire compliments cherry and spice notes.
    • Finish: This high-rye bourbon has a very smooth and creamy finish.
  • Willett Estate Small Batch Rye: Superb 4-year-old rye that’s getting better and better with each release. It’s made from two separate two mash bills, one 51% rye, the other 75% rye. Rich, round, and very smooth aromas of cereal, pepper, clove, nutmeg, toast, and caramel, with an oily, viscous mouthfeel. ABV is 54.5% – serve with a small amount of water to taste.
  • Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey: Kentucky – Aromas of dusty cocoa notes with oaky smoke underneath lead to a dry and spicy mouth-feel witth honeyed rye and cloves on the palate with a long finish with hints of vanilla and baking spices.
  • Penelope Rio: Inspired by the joy of Brazil, Rio delights the senses with a double cask finish of American honey and Brazilian oak. The two make perfect dance partners, rich and sweet, with surprising depth.
  • Buffalo Trace: Thick, mature aromas, with notes of subtle spice, meadow grass, light molasses and leather. Pleasantly sweet at first in flavor, with notes of brown sugar and cinnamon, becoming dry with enveloping flavors of oak and leather.
  • Elijah Craig: Big, rich, and complex. Delightful spice and pepper notes fade to milk chocolate with just a hint of smoke. On the finish, the complexity continues. Nicely warming, with lingering chocolate and baking spices.
  • Blanton’s: A deep, satisfying nose of nutmeg and spices. Powerful dry vanilla notes in harmony with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. A medium finish composed of returning corn and nutmeg flavors.
  • Jefferson’s Reserve Single Barrel: This exclusive Single Barrel Bourbon from Jefferson’s is a higher proof expression of their classic Jefferson’s Reserve. The flavors of cinnamon toast, toffee and brown sugar are amplified in this special offering.
  • Old Forester: Bright candied citrus and floral overtones give way to rich turbinado sugar and roasted coffee beans as slight cedar and charred oak round out the nose.  Subtle citrus with heavy notes of dark honey, molasses and charred oak. A dry toasty oaked caramel with lingering bittersweet tannins.

  • Michters small Batch: This drink is made from a carefully selected mash bill that features the highest quality American corn. Complex nose, with an overlay of camphor. Sweetness, then corn and wood smoke flavors with rye underneath. The finish is lingering with wood notes mingling with maple syrup.
  • Heaven Hill: This bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of Bottled-in-bond. Product is made from one distillery, in one distillations season, aged for a minimum of 4 years, and bottled at 100 proof. It is smooth with warm sweet notes of caramel and honey with a long finish.
