2025 Whiskey & Bourbon Raffle Has Ended
The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association is a non-profit organization providing training to law enforcement officers across the state of Missouri. To assist in the cost of training, we raffled 31 bottles of premium Bourbon and Whiskey in 31 days. We want to thank all of you that participated and won. Unfortunately at this time, the MNOA has decided not to do another whiskey raffle for 2026, but we will be doing another Gun Raffle so please check back for more information.
Missouri Narcotics Officers Association Bourbon/Whiskey Raffle Rules
- A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold (000-999). 31 Bottles are guaranteed to be given away. Winning tickets will be returned to the pool to be drawn again. Proceeds will be used to support training. MNOA is a non-profit organization.
- Tickets are $31 each and are non-refundable. The buyer will receive an email with their ticket number.
- The raffle numbers will be provided by a random generator. The drawing will be occurring at noon each day in August 2025.
- All winners’ first initial and last names with be posted on the MNOA Facebook page.
- If you purchase a ticket and win a bottle and are not legally allowed to take possession of the bottle then the prize is forfeited. You may not transfer the bottle to another individual.
- Three attempts will be made to contact the winner including a post made to the MNOA Facebook page. Any bottle not claimed by September 30th, will be forfeited and donated to MNOA.
- This is a public raffle and winners will be made public.
- Any disputes will be answered by the MNOA Board.
*Must be 21 years of age & provide a valid Proof of ID when redeeming your prize. State law prohibits us from shipping liquor but we will provide support to prize winners in obtaining their awarded bottle of bourbon or whiskey. Our Board members across the state are available to assist with the distribution process
