Mandy joined the MNOA board as Secretary in January, 2026. Mandy has spent her entire professional career supporting law enforcement as a civilian analyst. She started her career in 1999 as the HIDTA analyst with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, assigned to the Division of Drug and Crime Control. During this time, she worked closely with task forces throughout the state and tracked methamphetamine lab statistics.

In 2005, Mandy moved to Springfield and started working for the Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center, where she continues to serve as an analyst, supporting law enforcement officers in a nine-state region throughout the Midwest.
