Salary Minimum: $21.82/hr with a 10% increase after 6 month probationary period to 24.24/hr

License/Certificate/Registration: MO Police Officer Training Standard Training.

Investigator Description:
Applicant must possess a Missouri Class A POST certification as a peace officer; or possess a Missouri Class B certification as a peace officer, plus at least two years of full time law enforcement experience within the last 5 years. Must be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D. If hired, officer will work in a team setting with other officers in an overt and covert capacity. The officer will assist in serving search warrants, conducting surveillance, handling informants, investigating clandestine labs and conducting all types of drug investigations. Must have excellent typing and computer skills, as a large amount of time is spent doing paperwork. Clean work history required. We are funded by federal and state grants, therefore this position is only guaranteed through June 30, 2025.
