The 2025 MNOA Gun Raffle is Almost Here!
The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association is a non-profit organization providing training to law enforcement officers across the state of Missouri. To assist in the cost of training, in September 2025, we will raffle 30 guns in 30 days. We will use a daily random 3-digit number in Missouri. Tickets are $30 each and a winning ticket will be re-entered into the drawing pool. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. Tickets will be number 000-999. If drawn number is not purchased, the gun will go to the next winner so that winner will get 2 guns.
Tickets can be purchased by filling out the form. Other payment options can be discussed with Mike Alford at 573-576-4571.
See rules below. Tickets are non-refundable. Purchasing a ticket will mean acceptance and acknowledging the rules of the raffle. Once a ticket is purchased, a copy of the ticket with the number associated with the ticket will be texted/emailed to the buyer within one day of the purchase.

2025 Missouri Narcotics Officers Association Gun Raffle Rules
- A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold (000-999). 30 guns are guaranteed to be given away. Winning tickets will be returned to the pool to be drawn again. Proceeds will be used to support training. MNOA is a non-profit organization.
- Tickets are $30 each and are non-refundable. Photographs of tickets will be sent to the buyer.
- The raffle begins on September 1 and ends on September 30 with one gun given away per day.
- The raffle numbers will be provided by a random generator using 3 numbers in Missouri. The drawing will be occurring at noon each day in September 2025.
- If fewer than 600 tickets are sold by August 30th, 2025, the drawing will be 50/50 drawing with the 3 numbers pulled on September 1, 2025, winning the 50/50. If the number drawn is not sold the next winning 3 number drawn will win the 50/50.
- All winners’ first initial and last names with be posted on the MNOA Facebook page.
- You must legally be able to possess and own a firearm to accept the weapon.
- All ATF/BATF/and state regulations will be applied. The winner must fill out all FFL forms
- You must take possession of the winning gun at Cedar Falls Tactical located at 3519 Cedar Falls Road in Bonne Terre, MO 63628. Cedar Falls Tactical will ship the winning firearm to any FFL dealer at the winner’s expense. Winners are responsible for any taxes, transfer fees, or any other costs associated with the firearm if they are not able to take possession of the firearm at Cedar Falls Tactical.
- If you purchase a ticket and win a firearm and are not legally allowed to take possession of the firearm then the prize is forfeited. You may not transfer the firearm to another individual.
- Three attempts will be made to contact the winner including a post made to the MNOA Facebook page. Any firearm not claimed by October 31, 2025, will be forfeited and donated to MNOA.
- Winners will assume all liability and responsibility for owning a firearm.
- This is a public raffle and winners will be made public.
- Any disputes will be answered by the MNOA Board.
- If a person is not willing to accept the firearm given that day, Cedar Falls reserves the right to offer store credit. The decision for store credit is solely decided by Cedar Falls Tactical. Optional laser engravement on firearms is available by Cedar Falls Tactical at the owner’s expense.

It was a huge success and we can not wait to expand upon the raffle in 2025!
