Get to Know MNOA Treasure Jason Grellner

The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association (MNOA) is a professional organization dedicated to supporting law enforcement officers involved in narcotics enforcement in the state of Missouri.

The MNOA collaborates with various agencies and organizations involved in drug enforcement, such as local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as prosecutors, treatment professionals, and community organizations.

By fostering these partnerships, our association seeks to promote effective drug control strategies and develop a coordinated approach to combating narcotics-related issues in the state of Missouri.

Without the help of our registered members and the support of the communities we protect, our organization would not be able to provide the same level of training to Missouri’s finest.

Our team of trusted board members help to ensure that the MNOA is focused on improving communities and protecting its residents, while continuing to set the standard for narcotics law enforcement training within the United States. MNOA.

We would like to introduce you to one of these dedicated board members, the MNOA Treasure, Jason Grellner

Jason Grellner is a retired Franklin county Sheriff’s Department Officer where he served as the Narcotics Unit Commander from 2005-2015. He also served as a LT. of Narcotics/Detectives/Civil Process and Court Security from 2015-2017. Prior to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Jason worked for the Union Police Department from 1992-1995.

After Jason’s retirement from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, he was hired as the Executive Director of Public Safety Ministry at Mercy Healthcare from 2017-2023. In 2023 he left Mercy for his current position as Vice President of Healthcare for Evolv Technology.

Jason has received numerous awards for his outstanding work and his service to the community. He was Decorated 9 times as the Eastern District Missouri US Attorney’s Office “Outstanding Investigator Award”, Outstanding Missourian by the Missouri House of Representatives’, Directors Award from the President’s’ Office of National Drug Control Policy, Outstanding Narcotics Investigator from the United States Senate, National Methamphetamine and Prescription Drugs Initiative “National Impact Award 2010”, Missouri Narcotics Officers Assoc. Officer of the year 2011, Missouri Deputy Sheriff’s Association Deputy of the year 2012 and the Enrique S. Camarena Award 2013-2014, Elks USA National Award
